PRICE: 25 900 CZK (including half board)

PAYMENT TERMS

For a binding reservation a deposit is required
A deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is payable within 7 days of receipt of the confirmation email with the account number for transferring the deposit.
In the case of reservations made less than 21 days before arrival, the deposit is due immediately
If the deposit is not credited to our account within 7 days, the reservation is automatically cancelled

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation of your booking you will be charged the following cancellation fees:

for cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival: no charge
for cancellations within 20-14 days before arrival: 20% of the total amount of the services ordered
for cancellations within 13-7 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total amount of the services ordered
for cancellations between 6 days-2 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the services ordered
cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of no show: 100% of the total amount of the ordered services

CHECK IN/OUT ROOMS

Standard check in from 15:00 hrs. In case of request for early check in, an extra 50% of the room rate will be charged.
Standard check out by 10:00 am. In case of request for late check out, an extra charge of 50% of the room rate will be applied.
In case you arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to store your luggage for you.
